+ Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. You may call your insurance company to find out if you have "out-of-network benefits" for mental health. This type of benefit may cover all or some portion of my fee. You will be required to submit the paperwork to your insurance for reimbursement.

Additionally, many people use Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) to cover the cost of the visits. I will send you a receipt at the end of every month that you may use for either or both purposes.

My fees are as follows:

• Initial Evaluation –$400
• Executive Coaching –$350
• 60-Minute Medication + Therapy Visit –$300
• 30-minute Medication Follow-up Visit–$250

+ Do you offer telehealth or online services?

At this time, I do offer a variety of telehealth options, including Zoom.

+ Is your practice LGBTQIA+ affirming?

Yes! I work with many clients along the gender and sexuality spectrum. I do everything I can to have an inclusive practice and stay up-to-date on health and wellness issues for the LGBTQIA+ community.

At this time I cannot offer evaluations for gender confirmation surgeries or medication. However, I will be happy to try to help you find a provider who has the proper certification to complete such an evaluation.

Walk into the covered walkway between buildings A and B, and enter building B through the door on the RIGHT.

My office is on this first floor. Walk through the door into a hallway. You will see a dentist's office (Green Willow Dental) on the left. Just beyond this, we are the door on the right, and there is a sign with my name.
