You want to work with someone who will take the time to consider all the details

You want to feel seen, heard, and understood. I maintain a practice where I can offer you my fullest attention during our sessions and by collaborating closely with other providers you may work with. These may include therapists, primary care providers, nutritionists, and alternative medicine providers. I believe that Complementary and Alternative Medicine can be an integral part of a person’s care.

How I Work

No matter what treatment plan we decide upon, I take a whole-person approach

Our work together is not about just reducing symptoms but helping you live a well-rounded, full, and meaningful life. That means if I am prescribing medication for you, I will offer you the options with the fewest side effects and best possible results.

 Why I Do This Work

I see the best in everyone, and I believe you can reach your true potential

You may not feel like your best self, but when you meet with me, no matter what you're going through, I see you in the best possible light. To me, you are not a diagnosis but a whole human being with so much to offer the world.

I help my clients identify what is blocking their potential, whether it's their own self-limiting beliefs, difficult experiences from their past, or finding the right medication to target anxiety, mood, or attention problems.

My Professional Background & Training

You may be interested in knowing more about my training and credentials. Here are some of my experiences:

  • Licensure: I am a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (aka Nurse Practitioner) in Psychiatric Mental Health. I hold Massachusetts licenses and a federal DEA license to prescribe medication.

  • Relevant Trainings: I have trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, CPT for trauma, Mind-Body Medicine (from the Benson-Henry Institute), DBT, and Executive Coaching.

  • Career History: I navigated to a leadership position in one of the best teaching hospitals in the world (Massachusetts General Hospital), which highly prioritizes MDs (meaning it wasn't easy!).

After leaving MGH, I continued seeking leadership positions, moving to Chief of Behavioral Health and Addiction Team Lead at Atrius Health, where I could have a further reach in program development and work in the largest outpatient medical practice in Massachusetts.
